Our history
Established in Asia. Built on international experience.
ENGCORP International was formed through engineering and project management activities in Thailand and Vietnam. The Vietnam office officially opened in February 2007 as a 100% foreign-invested enterprise.
Our early work focused on data centres and telecommunications infrastructure. Over time, our services expanded into residential, hospitality, retail, power, water and industrial developments, alongside other commercial and institutional projects.
Our multidisciplinary team has drawn on professionals from the UK, Thailand, Australia and Vietnam. Many members of the wider team worked together across companies and countries before joining ENGCORP, bringing practical collaboration between Eastern and Western engineering approaches.
From our Vietnam base, we serve projects across the region and remain open to opportunities in neighbouring countries and selected international markets, including Cambodia and the Middle East.
Our history reflects the team's combined experience. Individual assignments undertaken before joining ENGCORP are not represented as ENGCORP company contracts.

Professional services
Project-specific teams. Transparent fee proposals.
Our fee proposals are structured around project scope, scale, technical complexity, location, programme and the required disciplines. We agree deliverables, assumptions, exclusions and interfaces before appointment.
Engineering design
Our multinational team can provide MEPF engineering design and coordination, BIM services and other design disciplines through appropriately qualified professionals and approved specialist partners. Data centre design and associated project management can be offered as tailored packages.
For international projects, we can structure design and documentation teams in Vietnam, with review and verification arrangements agreed to meet applicable project and jurisdictional requirements.
Project management
For locally managed projects, we assemble international and Vietnamese personnel to match the project's size, stage, sector and delivery risks.
Services may include PMO, PMC, programme controls, cost and commercial management, design coordination, construction oversight and handover management, subject to the agreed scope.
Fees are issued by proposal. Professional registrations, design checking obligations and statutory sign-off requirements are reviewed for each project and location.
